Anne E. Tressler has been practicing law since 1998 and founded Tressler Law in 2001. Exclusively focused on family law, Anne has extensive experience in divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time and post decree matters.

Her highly effective approach of personalized service results in the ability to adapt to each client’s unique circumstances, assisting them in effective decision making during a stressful and emotional phase of their lives. Leveraging deep experience in analysis and litigation of complex family law issues, she works toward amicable resolutions whenever possible, and when necessary, has consistently proven to be an exceptionally strong and successful advocate in the courtroom.

Anne is an alumna of Saint Mary’s University, Winona, with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Political Science. Anne is also an alumna of William Mitchell College of Law graduating with a Juris Doctor.

She is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Family Law League, Minnesota Women Lawyers and Cooperative Network Practice of Minnesota. She has also been recognized by Super Lawyers® for numerous years in a row, every year from 2014 - 2020. This distinction recognizes attorneys in the state and is based on peer recognition and professional achievement.

Whitney Sevilla

Whitney Sevilla is an Senior Attorney with Tressler Law. Prior to joining Tressler Law in 2018, Whitney worked at another family law firm in the Twin Cities for two years, and in that position handled upwards of ten trials in family courts across the state of Minnesota. Before entering the practice of family law, Whitney served as law clerk to the Honorable Lois R. Conroy in Hennepin County Juvenile and Criminal Courts. During law school, Whitney worked as a law clerk with the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office in their charging division. With experience in different practice areas, Whitney brings a well-rounded and realistic approach to family law representation. Whitney enjoys getting to know her clients and working with them to achieve the best possible outcome for their family’s unique circumstances.

Whitney is an alumna of Hamline University with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies, emphasis in West Africa, and a minor in Legal Studies. Whitney spent a semester abroad in Senegal, West Africa, as part of her studies. Whitney graduated from Hamline University School of Law with a Juris Doctor.

Whitney has a served as a volunteer immigration law clerk with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and as a volunteer attorney through Anoka County’s Family Law Clinic. Whitney is currently volunteering as a pro bono attorney with Tubman Center’s Safety Project, representing indigent victims of domestic violence on behalf of Tressler Law.

Haley Dietz

Haley Dietz

Haley is an attorney at Tressler Law, where she practices exclusively in family law. She assists her clients with various family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and spousal maintenance.

Haley is committed to delivering effective representation while prioritizing compassion and the well-being of families as they navigate the challenges of family law proceedings. Haley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict (“St. Ben’s”), where she served as the Student Senate’s Vice President and Academic Affairs Representative. After graduating from Saint Ben’s, Haley attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law to integrate her psychology background into a legal setting and provide holistic and person-centered legal advocacy. She has served clients in several areas, including immigration, criminal law and expungements, CHIPS (Child in Need of Protection and Services), and other aspects of civil litigation at Mitchell Hamline’s Health Law Clinic, the Minnesota Attorney Generals Office Expungement Clinic, Gustafson Gluek, PLLC, and Migala Law Office. Haley brings a well-rounded and realistic approach to family law representation. With her psychology and legal background, Haley understands the importance of addressing clients’ immediate legal needs while considering the broader contexts of her clients’ lives. Haley prides herself on her ability to collaborate through open communication to reach a settlement while being a passionate advocate when court intervention is necessary.

Haley grew up on a farm in Southern Minnesota, where her first job was baling hay alongside her dad and grandfather. In her free time, she enjoys crafting with her Cricut, spending time with her friends and family, helping her dad and brother on the farm, and watching college hockey. She currently resides in Bloomington with her fiancé, Jory, and their cat, Tuna.

Blaire Durda

Blaire Durda

Blaire is an Attorney with Tressler Law representing clients facing a wide variety of family law disputes including dissolution, paternity, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, orders for protection, distribution of marital assets and debts, and other post-decree matters.

Prior to joining Tressler Law, Blaire clerked for the Honorable Jason T. Hutchison and the Honorable Mike Furnstahl in Hennepin County Family Court, working exclusively in matters related to family law and domestic abuse. From her clerking experience Blaire gained first-hand knowledge of the family court system, all stages of court proceedings, and invaluable insight into the decision-making process of judicial officers. Blaire’s experience also provides her with knowledge of the court’s overall perspective on litigating family law issues.

Blaire understands the complexities involved in family law matters and the necessity to provide each client with individualized care and attention. Blaire is passionate about solving problems and brings a pragmatic approach to each case, always first seeking amicable resolution through mediation or innovative settlement solutions. When court intervention is necessary, Blaire prides herself on a being a fierce advocate on behalf of her clients and the best interests of the children involved. It is genuinely important to her that her clients feel thoroughly supported, both through the difficult legal process and through a transformative period in their lives. She is committed to providing open communication and guidance each step of the way.

Blaire received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in History and Political Science from the University of Minnesota. She went on to attend Mitchell Hamline School of Law on a Merit Scholarship, graduating from there with her Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school, Blaire studied in London through BPP University Law School and gained pro bono experience by assisting London residents on legal housing matters. Blaire also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Kevin S. Burke, drafting court orders on a variety of civil and criminal matters. In college, Blaire worked as a project manager for the law firm Zamansky Professional Association. There she organized their Create A Memory Event in coordination with the Minnesota Twins, an event for children and volunteers from youth-service agencies around the metro to come enjoy baseball events at Target Field.

Blaire is a lifelong Minnesota resident, growing up in Eden Prairie. Blaire is a multi-talented athlete having played college soccer, as well as hockey and lacrosse in high school. She continues to be involved with her community and volunteers with Greater Twin Cities United Way. In her free-time, Blaire enjoys snowboarding, drawing and painting, boating on Lake Minnetonka, cheering on her beloved Golden Gophers, traveling, and playing chess. She currently lives in Minneapolis with her two cats, Phoebe and Wednesday, and has fun exploring all that the greater MSP has to offer.

Rachel Kula

Rachel Kula

Rachel is an Attorney at Tressler Law. Before joining the firm in 2022, Rachel clerked for the Honorable Nicole A. Engisch, a judge in the felony criminal division in Hennepin County. In that position, Rachel drafted court orders, completed legal research, and clerked hearings and jury trials.

Rachel graduated magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2020. During law school, Rachel completed a judicial externship in Ramsey County, was an associate editor of Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice, and was a member of the Litigation Society. In addition, Rachel volunteered both at the Mitchell Hamline Family Law Self-Help Clinic where she assisted clients with custody or divorce issues by preparing court documents, and with Prepare + Prosper as a tax preparer for low-income individuals and families. Rachel also clerked for a solo practitioner in St. Paul who practiced in trusts and estates, probate, real estate, and tax law. Because of Rachel’s diverse background and experience, she brings a new perspective to each case.

Rachel understands that each family and each case is unique and works closely with her clients to achieve their desired outcomes. Rachel brings a common sense, realistic approach to her cases, and will advocate for her client and their best interests.

Blake Gutzke

Blake Gutzke

Blake Gutzke is a Senior Paralegal with Tressler Law. Prior to joining Tressler Law, Blake worked in a variety of market research and accounting roles for some of the nation’s largest retailers including General Mills and SuperValu, Inc. In 2006, Blake joined Tressler Law as a Paralegal and was responsible for managing all of the firm’s administrative, financial and paralegal support functions. He is now responsible for providing paralegal support for all of the attorneys at Tressler Law with duties including legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing trial and appellate briefs, mediation and trial preparation, correspondence, and client file management.

Blake is an alumnus of the College of St. Scholastica, graduating summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. He is also an alumnus of the Washington Online Learning Institute where he received his paralegal certification.

In 2010, Blake was honored by Minnesota Lawyer magazine as an Unsung Legal Hero, an award that honors the top legal support professionals in the state of Minnesota. He received this award in recognition of his proficient expertise in dealing with matters of family law and his passionate dedication to helping individuals and families through the legal process. In the past, Blake has been involved with numerous volunteer activities including the Ronald McDonald House and People Serving People.

Tyler Klinkner

Tyler Klinkner

Tyler Klinkner is a Paralegal with Tressler Law. Prior to joining Tressler Law, Tyler worked as a paralegal for two law firms in the Twin Cities. He joined Tressler Law as a Paralegal in 2016 and is responsible for providing paralegal support with duties including legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing trial and appellate briefs, mediation and trial preparation, correspondence, and client file management.

Tyler is an alumnus of St. Olaf College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Norwegian. He is also an alumnus of Hamline University where he received his paralegal certification.

In the past, Tyler has volunteered with several organizations. Most recently, he volunteered with Lutheran Volunteer Corps where he worked for the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, a non-profit home improvement store and donation center.

Suzanne Hanto

Suzanne Hanto

Suzanne Hanto is the Office Manager for Tressler Law. Prior to joining Tressler Law in 2013, Suzanne worked in a number of customer service roles. At Tressler Law, Suzanne is responsible for office management, client accounts, and the firm's daily operations.

Suzanne is an alumna of the University of Minnesota, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Family Social Science.

In the past, Suzanne has volunteered with several organizations. Most recently, she volunteered with Safe Hands Animal Rescue where she was a foster to animals awaiting adoption in the Twin Cities.
