Rachel Farhi is an Associate Attorney with Tressler Law. Prior to joining Tressler Law in 2019, she served as law clerk to the Honorable James A. Cunningham Jr., in Anoka County. In that capacity she performed legal research, advised the judge, and drafted orders on a wide variety of legal issues in the areas of family, civil, criminal, and probate law.
Rachel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston with a double major in English Literature and Political Science. She went on to graduate from the University of Minnesota with a Juris Doctorate. During law school she served as an editor on the Journal of Law and Inequality, as president of the Asylum Law Project, and worked on pro bono cases as a student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic. While a law student she clerked for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the St. Croix River Association, and for a solo family law attorney in Minneapolis.
Rachel is passionate about helping families find solutions to move their lives forward, no matter how difficult the situation. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. Outside of work she can be found singing in local chamber choirs or relaxing with her cat, Tuna.
